Where: Chicago, IL at the Westin Hotel, 909 N. Michigan Ave.

Program Cost: $240.00 per person includes program, workshops, speakers, opening dinner, one lunch, and closing banquet and dance.
Lodging Costs: $110.00 per person in a quad room; $148.00 pp triple room; $220.00 pp double room; $440.00 pp single room.

Registration: The registration forms will be available early October or sooner. We will announce when they go live.
